Wildcat NFL Flag Football is back for the 2026 Spring Season. Space is limited! In previous seasons we've had roughly 350 players and roughly 100 volunteer coaches PER YEAR!
NFL Flag Football has a very unique approach that will introduce players to the fundamentals of football, through drills in practice, while playing all games in a flag football format.
- Season Start Date: March 24, 2026 (*Season start date could shift a week forward or back)
- Schedule: Coach of the team will decide on a weekday to practice or can practice before games. Games will be played on Sundays at Quioccasin Middle School.
Registration Options:
1) Register your player individually. See full individual registration instructions below.
2) Coaches - We need You! Register your whole team and receive team discount on registration cost. This option greatly simplifies registration for your team. To register a team, email [email protected].
- Grade Based Divisions:
- Division A (Grades 1st and 2nd)
- Division B (Grades 3rd and 4th)
- Division C (Grades 5th and 6th)
- Division D (Grades 7th and 8th)
- Practice and Game Location: Quioccasin Middle School (9400 Quioccasin Road, Henrico, VA 23238)
- Price: $175: Every player receives NFL Flag Reversible Jersey, Belt, and Flags

- You will be prompted to log-in or register for an account with Sports Connect. Follow the prompts to log-in or create a new account.
- You will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration. PLEASE make sure you receive this email to guarantee your spot.
- NOTE: When registering your child, you may get 2 Division Options (depending on player birth date). Please select the Division based on the players current grade for the 2025-26 school year.

- Coach and Buddy Request Available but not guaranteed. Our primary goal is competitive fairness and Coach/Buddy requests are not guaranteed due to the need for competitive balanced teams. Sibling and family requests will be prioritized.
